By size:

the truffle is irregularly round and so the diameters of an irregularly round piece of truffle could be very different.  For example, the longest diameter could be >4cm while the shortest diameter could be less than 3cm.  We grade a piece of truffle by its longest diameter, NOT shortest diameter.

3-3.7cm: USD 59$/kg
Below 2.8cm: USD 48$/kg

Due to continuous Chinese RMB Yuan appreciation against USD and the ever-increasing inflation rates here in China, the prices are subjected to changes.  However, in some cases, if we can collect the truffles at a cheaper price, we'll lower down the FOB prices accordingly.  Please email for the most updated availability and prices.

• Packing

A 600 x 450 x325mm foam plastics (polyethene) box in 7-cm thickness padded with tissue paper with a strong humidity-absorbing ability. The truffle are put into the pack (no vacuum packing) and covered with the tissue paper. Then, five "dry ice" (solid CO2) bags are put into the pack to keep the temperature lower. Such a cool pack holds usually 20 kgs of fresh truffle.
